I have connected my WeWeb account to my Github repository. Generating code export works without any issues.

The files pushed to Github are the Source files. How do I push the “built project files” to be able to automate the selfhosting process? Right now i need to download the zip file manually to Cloudflare.

You need to set up a Github Action that will build your files and push them to the Cloudflare or whatever other host I think.
